Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least two years researching federal and state statutes, regulations and governing authorities for state or federal-funded programs.
• At least two years of experience providing training and technical assistance for state or federal-funded programs.
• At least two years of experience working with workforce programs.
• Professional writing experience.
• Travel required; Level 2 security background screening required.
