Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of consulting or functional experience in state or county government environments.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on delivery experience with Cloud ERP in a functional capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud ERP engagements for state and county government clients, either as overall delivery lead or senior domain owner.
• Drive functional design decisions accounting for budgeting, civil service structures, payroll compliance, procurement regulations, and audit reporting.
• Lead change management strategies within your domain, addressing civil service culture and union considerations.
• Own integration strategy connecting ERP to statewide financial systems, federal reporting environments, and legislative systems.
• Lead data migration strategy addressing payroll history, position control records, and appropriations structures.
