Accenture is seeking a senior transformation leader in higher education to oversee Cloud ERP engagements, drive strategic design decisions, and manage executive relationships with university leaders. The position requires extensive experience in large-scale ERP projects within academia, capable of navigating governance structures and complex data migrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on delivery experience with Cloud ERP in a functional capacity on large, complex ERP engagements in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud ERP engagements – with a lens on business transformation - for college and university clients, either as an overall delivery lead or as the senior owner of the functional tower in your domain.
• Own senior client relationships in your functional area, engaging with senior leaders such as CFOs and CHROs.
• Drive functional design decisions accounting for decentralized finance and HR structures, governance dynamics, and board reporting obligations.
• Lead change management strategy within your domain in a shared governance culture.
• Own integration strategy within your tower connecting ERP to student systems, advancement platforms, and research tools.
• Bring AI-assisted delivery and platform-native AI capabilities into engagements as standard practice.
• Contribute to must-win pursuits and proposals with domain credibility to influence client perception.
• Develop junior and mid-level practitioners in your functional area.
