Accenture PLC seeks a senior transformation lead for higher education to drive technology-enabled institutional change from strategy through value realization. You will combine deep functional expertise with ERP delivery to transform finance, HR, payroll, procurement, and research administration in universities and colleges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on Cloud ERP delivery experience in a functional capacity.
• Experience engaging directly with senior functional executives in higher education organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud ERP engagements for college and university clients with accountability for quality, client relationships, and outcomes.
• Own senior client relationships in your functional area, engaging with senior leaders such as CFOs, CHROs, and VP-level administrators.
• Drive design decisions to accommodate decentralized finance and HR structures, shared governance, and board reporting obligations.
• Lead change management strategies within your domain in a shared governance culture.
• Develop integration strategies linking ERP to student systems, advancement platforms, and research administration tools.
• Bring AI-enabled delivery practices and responsible workflow automation into engagements as standard practice.
• Contribute to must-win pursuits and proposals to strengthen market credibility in higher education.
