Accenture, based in the United States, seeks a transformation leader to manage the delivery of large SAP programs focusing on Employee Central Payroll and Payroll Cloud implementations. You will work with sponsors to manage scope and risk, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects with proper frameworks and sponsor collaboration to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems.
• Lead a team across multiple workstreams and coordinate with sponsors and other teams.
• Run the workstreams and project activities as assigned.
• Drive profitability and maintain service quality.
• Coordinate with technical, reports, conversion, change management and PM workstreams.
• Refine methods, tools and procedures to meet client needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Record requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
• Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on client needs.
