Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior higher education transformation lead to drive complex, technology-enabled ERP programs for colleges and universities. You will own senior client relationships and guide strategy from design through implementation, with emphasis on finance, HR, payroll, and research administration.

Travel up to 50%+ is required. Bring 8+ years in higher education consulting and 7+ years delivering Cloud ERP in a senior capacity, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Cloud ERP delivery with senior-level functional ownership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud ERP engagements for college and university clients with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Own senior client relationships, engaging with the VP of Finance, CFO, CHRO, VP of Research, and other leaders.
• Drive functional design decisions that reflect decentralized finance and HR structures and governance.
• Lead change management strategy within your domain, building adoption in a shared governance culture.
• Own integration strategy connecting ERP to student systems, research platforms, and advancement tools.
• Bring AI-assisted delivery and responsible workflow automation into engagements as standard practice.
• Contribute to must-win pursuits and pre-RFP positioning to shape proposals.
