Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation expert to lead SAP projects, delivering large, complex engagements with agile methods and design thinking. You will manage scope, risk, and client sponsorship while guiding multiple workstreams and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will drive transformation programs, deploy SAP Payroll Cloud, and work across onshore/offshore teams, traveling to client sites as needed. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Minimum 2 years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP project with on/offshore resources.
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects with appropriate frameworks.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Demonstrate SAP value and solutions to clients.
• Lead teams across workstreams, possibly in charge of activities.
• Run workstream and project activities and ensure quality.
• Drive profitability and service quality across engagements.
• Coordinate with technical, reports, conversion, and change management workstreams.
• Refine methods, tools, and procedures to meet client needs.
• Record requirements, solutions, impacts, and decisions; travel as required.
