• Daily follow up with existing clients to address concerns with their accounts.
• Be resourceful in resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Develop and strengthen relationships to retain existing business.
• Discuss coverages and gaps to increase/add new products to existing client’s accounts
• Manage time and multi-task to complete all necessary tasks daily

Qualifications And Skills

• Must have a minimum of 1 years of sales/customer retention/relationship management experience handling new and existing accounts in a fast paced sales environment. Prior insurance experience a plus. Must currently have a Property & Casualty license or be in the process of obtaining the license. Must speak Spanish. Will train industry knowledge.
• Self-motivated and quick thinking
• MUST possess excellent communication, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• MUST possess excellent computer knowledge & usage of various Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
• MUST pass background check
• Be willing to obtain or already possess the NY Property & Casualty license
