Job Summary

This position is with an established retail branch of a fortune 50 insurance company in Queens, NY. It is a fast-paced working environment where organizational and multitasking skills are required. Strong potential for advancement opportunities. Benefits are offered after 1 year of service as well as annual bonuses and increases based on performance. Annual salary of 50K-100K plus bonuses based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily follow up with existing clients to address concerns with their accounts.
• Be resourceful in resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Develop and strengthen relationships to retain existing business.
• Discuss coverages and gaps to increase/add new products to existing client’s accounts.
• Manage time and multi-task to complete all necessary tasks daily.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of sales/customer retention/relationship management experience handling new and existing accounts in a fast-paced sales environment. Prior insurance experience a plus. Must currently have a Property & Casualty license or be in the process of obtaining the license. Must speak Spanish. Will train industry knowledge.
• Self-motivated and quick thinking.
• MUST possess excellent communication, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• MUST possess excellent computer knowledge & usage of various Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
• MUST pass background check.
• Be willing to obtain or already possess the NY Property & Casualty license.
• Multi-lingual Spanish.
