Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales/retention experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must currently have a Property & Casualty license or be in the process of obtaining it.
• Must speak Spanish.
• Willing to obtain NY Property & Casualty license if not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Daily follow up with existing clients to address concerns with their accounts.
• Resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Develop and strengthen relationships to retain existing business.
• Discuss coverages and gaps to increase or add products to existing client accounts.
• Manage time and multi-task to complete daily tasks.
