Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Agency Lead for our State College, PA location to oversee daily operations, coach the sales team, and grow the local market. This role focuses on community engagement, client retention, and profitability while upholding our service standards and company values.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing an agency, a valid Property & Casualty license, and strong leadership with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Current Property and Casualty license required.
• State College residency or willingness to relocate.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations.
• Deep understanding of policy underwriting and local market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor sales staff and drive office growth.
• Prior experience with agency management software and digital lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our State College location, ensuring our service standards remain high.
• Lead, coach, and support our sales team to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
• Analyze our local market to identify new opportunities for community engagement and business expansion.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by ensuring their coverage needs are always met.
