Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with pre-revenue and early‑stage SaaS platform startups across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and get each new platform live with the right integration from day one.

As a self‑starter hunter, you’ll qualify quickly, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and collaborate with Product, Risk, and Solutions Architects to win and activate new logos.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in new-business sales with a track record of pipeline growth.
• Proven ability to hit targets.
• Strong prospecting via outbound and inbound channels.
• Ability to articulate value of technical solutions to both tech and non-tech buyers.
• Comfort with fast-moving startup environments.
• Fluency in English; written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own pipeline across UK & Ireland.
• Win new logos through fast, consultative sales cycles.
• Position Stripe Connect and payments monetisation to scale platforms.
• Close and activate deals with cross-functional teams.
• Develop ecosystem relationships to create pipeline.
