For our client, we are seeking a Business Operations Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will sit at the center of operational execution, taking ownership of complex business problems and turning them into practical, repeatable solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership across a portfolio of venture-backed companies, helping to improve efficiency, structure, and day-to-day operations. Success in this position will require strong judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to move quickly across multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
