Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Startup Partner Enablement & Programs Manager to energize our partner ecosystem through enablement, events, and programs. You will own materials, playbooks, and activations to help VCs, accelerators, and entrepreneurship programs promote and build with Supabase.

This role focuses on San Francisco Bay Area presence but supports a fully remote, global team. Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate, you will coordinate with Partnerships, Startups, GTM, DevRel, Events and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in partner enablement or program management.
• Proven track record running events from planning to post-event reporting.
• Strong project management with attention to detail.
• Excellent external-facing communication and relationship management.
• Data-driven with metrics reporting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partner enablement materials that help partners promote and build with Supabase.
• Manage the operational cadence of partner programs across partner types.
• Organize Supabase's presence at partner and VC events, including sourcing speakers.
• Plan and run Supabase hackathons end-to-end with logistics and sponsorships.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align enablement with pipeline goals.
• Measure and report on program impact and outcomes.
• Identify new enablement opportunities with ROI proposals.
