Job summary
Amentum is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to lead new client startup initiatives and administer our Commercial Technical Training program. You will coordinate transition activities across internal teams and clients, support site operations leadership, and manage training records, developing courses and monitoring compliance.
The role requires travel to client sites and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial maintenance or related disciplines.
- Facility and process maintenance background with technical training program knowledge.
- Instructional design or training instructor experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new business startup activities with internal teams and clients.
- Administer LMS online technical training system and track training records.
- Develop and deliver instructor-led and online self-paced training.
- Travel to client locations to support site operations leadership.
- Prepare management reports and ad-hoc documents for stakeholders.
