Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead new client startups and administer the Commercial Technical Training program. The role involves coordinating transition activities to meet contractual timelines and supporting site operations leadership across multiple client locations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical, 10+ years in a commercial maintenance setting, and strong training program knowledge. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in a Commercial setting in maintenance or related disciplines.
• Facility and Process maintenance core background.
• Technical training program knowledge.
• Knowledge of skilled trades and related technical knowledge requirements.
• Some level of Instructional Design or Training Instructor experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new business startup activities from a prescribed plan with internal functional group owners and clients.
• Travel to client locations to assess contractual processes or facility maintenance responsibilities and start up maintenance services as agreed.
• Administer LMS online technical training system and monitor training requirements and develop online training courses.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led and online self-paced training.
• Draft and submit standard reports and ad-hoc reports to customers and leadership.
