Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Implementation General Manager to lead start-up operations within our Technology sector. You will guide the implementation from contract award through ramp-up, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to full operation.

The role requires GM or Senior Ops Manager experience with full P&L, startup execution, and Tier 1 WMS experience.

Qualifications

• GM or Senior Ops Manager with full P&L ownership.
• Proven full P&L management with financial accountability.
• Experience building strong site culture and high-performing teams.
• Experience with Tier 1 WMS (Blue Yonder, Manhattan or comparable) and direct customer engagement.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80%.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation success from contract award to ramp and stabilization.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Engineering, Finance, IT, HR, Operations.
• Develop startup staffing, hiring plans, onboarding and training.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, storage, shipping).
• Ensure safety compliance and efficient operations.
• Utilize WMS and automation to track inventory and performance.
• Present MBR/QBR and maintain customer relationships.
