The ideal candidate has GM or Senior Ops Manager experience, strong team-building skills, and proven success in startup environments, with significant travel (about 80%).

Qualifications

• General Manager experience or Senior Operations Manager with full P&L ownership.
• Proven P&L management with financial accountability.
• Experience building strong site culture and high-performing teams.
• Experience with Tier 1 WMS solutions (Blue Yonder, Manhattan)
• Experience working directly with customers and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to travel ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation success from contract award through launch and ramp.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations.
• Develop staffing, onboarding, and training for launch and ramp-up.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and KPIs.
• Use WMS and technology to track inventory and performance.
• Maintain safety and compliance in operations.
