Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a strategic Growth & Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end funnel execution for the Zendesk for Startups program. You will bridge top-of-funnel acquisition with mid-funnel activation, designing integrated marketing campaigns to attract startup founders and drive applications.

You’ll own nurture across trial accounts, onboarding, go-live, and paid conversion, using AI to accelerate creative development, testing, and automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or performance marketing—ideally in B2B SaaS, high-growth technology, or a startup-focused business.

Responsibilities

• Own the Full-Funnel Campaign Engine: strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns.
• Top-of-Funnel Demand Generation: launch paid, organic, partner, and community campaigns to drive program applications.
• Mid-Funnel Activation & Nurture: design and run nurture tracks, email sequences, and behavioral triggers.
• Founder-Centric Copywriting & Content: write authentic copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and playbooks.
