Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Startup Growth & Campaign Manager to own end-to-end funnel execution for the Zendesk for Startups program. You will bridge top-of-funnel acquisition with mid-funnel activation, designing integrated marketing campaigns that attract founders, drive program applications, and nurture admitted accounts through onboarding and paid subscription conversion.

Qualifications

6+ years in growth, demand gen, lifecycle or product/performance marketing in B2B SaaS, high-growth tech, or startups.
Experience marketing to founders, startup operators, or SMB audiences.
Proven acquisition via paid, organic, content, events, ABM and digital channels.
Strong ownership from strategy through launch, reporting and optimization.
Excellent writing and messaging across campaigns, emails, landing pages, and ads.
Knowledge of paid media platforms, web analytics, CRM/MA tools, and dashboards.
Understanding of SEO, AEO, and content optimization for AI-powered discovery is a plus.
Data-driven mindset to test, learn, and communicate results.
Exceptional project management across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive End-to-End Campaign Strategy & Execution across multi-channel programs.
Launch top-of-funnel demand gen campaigns (paid, organic, ABM, partnerships).
Design mid-funnel activation and nurture streams with targeted emails and retargeting.
Create founder-centric copy and content for ads, landing pages, webinars and emails.
Lead digital events and virtual workshops to accelerate AI adoption and onboarding.
Own CRO efforts to improve funnel conversion with analytics and web optimizations.
