Job summary

Zendesk for Startups is seeking a strategic Startup Growth & Campaign Manager to own end-to-end funnel execution for the program. You will bridge top-of-funnel acquisition with mid-funnel activation, designing campaigns that attract founders, drive applications, and nurture admitted accounts through onboarding, go-live, and paid conversion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS or startups.
• Experience marketing to founders, startup operators, or SMB audiences.
• Proven ability to drive acquisition through paid, organic, content, events, ABM, and digital channels.
• Strong campaign ownership from strategy to launch, reporting, and optimization.
• Excellent writing and messaging abilities with a portfolio of campaigns, emails, web, social, or ads.
• Working knowledge of paid media platforms, web analytics, CRM/MA tools, and dashboards.
• Understanding of SEO; familiarity with AI-powered content optimization is a plus.
• Data-informed mindset for decisions, testing, and results communication.
• Exceptional project-management skills across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multi‑channel marketing to engage founders at every stage.
• Launch top-of-funnel demand gen campaigns across paid, organic, partnerships, and communities to drive program applications.
• Design mid-funnel activation and nurture tracks, emails, retargeting, and triggers to move admitted accounts toward go-live.
• Create founder-focused copy and content for ads, briefs, landing pages, playbooks, webinars, and emails.
