Zendesk for Startups is seeking a strategic, hands-on Startup Growth & Campaign Manager who owns end-to-end funnel execution for the Zendesk for Startups program.

You will bridge top-of-funnel acquisition with mid-funnel activation, designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that attract startup founders, drive program applications, and nurture admitted accounts through onboarding and paid subscription conversion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing experience.
• Experience marketing to founders, startup operators, or SMB audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to drive acquisition across paid, organic, content, events, ABM, and digital channels.
• Strong ownership from strategy through launch, reporting, and optimization.
• Excellent writing and messaging with a portfolio of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑funnel campaign strategy and execution across multi‑channel programs.
• Design top‑of‑funnel demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, partnerships.
• Build mid‑funnel nurture, automated journeys, and founder‑focused content.
• Run CRO tests and optimize landing pages with product/analytics teams.
• Lead virtual events and workshops to drive onboarding and activation.
