Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Startups Applied AI Architects to drive adoption of frontier AI for startups via the Claude Developer Platform. You will lead a high-performing team, earning trust from founders and engineers while shaping technical partnerships and playbooks for scalable engagements.

You will personally manage top startup accounts, guide technical evaluations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align roadmap priorities and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles, with 5+ years leading and managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams.
• Deep experience with startups or high-growth tech
• Builder credibility and ability to engage deeply with founders and technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Startups Applied AI Architects with a focus on credibility, impact, and startup-paced execution.
• Drive team performance through coaching, clear goals, and a culture of ongoing technical development.
• Lead pre-sales engagements with high-priority startup accounts from discovery to deployment and expansion.
