Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Startups Applied AI Architects to lead a high-performing team driving adoption of frontier AI for startups using the Claude Developer Platform. Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical, customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, FDE, or similar).
• 5+ years leading and managing pre-sales/technical GTM teams.
• Experience with startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Builder credibility with LLM-powered apps and startup founders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Startups Applied AI Architects with high technical credibility.
• Drive performance through coaching and clear objectives.
• Lead pre-sales engagements with high-priority startup accounts from discovery to deployment.
• Create and own technical playbooks for evaluations, architectures, and win strategies.
• Partner with Account Executives to shape segment strategy and Claude API adoption.
• Surfacing insights on startup usage of Claude and feeding feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to align startup needs with roadmap priorities.
• Build Anthropic's technical presence in the startup ecosystem via events and content.
