Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Architect on the Startups team to partner with founders and engineers, helping startups build on the Claude Developer Platform as they grow from early product to scale. You will combine deep technical expertise with a builder-first mindset to architect innovative LLM solutions and optimize Claude adoption.

In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives and the broader Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to guide startups from discovery through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant field.
Experience in technical customer-facing roles.
Experience building and deploying LLM-powered apps.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to understand startup requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Win technical evaluations and help startups develop evaluation frameworks for Claude.
Build credibility with founders and startup teams by speaking their language and guiding architecture decisions.
Gather insights on Claude adoption and feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Travel to customer sites, startup events, and conferences for workshops and relationship building.
