Southern Star is hiring a Starlink Technician to install and service Starlink internet for homes in rural and underserved communities. You will help customers get online and learn to maximize the service, while growing toward Senior/Master Tech roles.

The role offers paid training, a base hourly rate during training with increases after milestones and potential bonuses/commissions, plus benefits and a company vehicle after training.

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

About the Role

As a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service.
