CarePlus New Jersey has been a leader in mental health and addiction recovery for over 45 years, delivering integrated care in Northern New Jersey. As Program Manager for the STAR Program, you will oversee overall operations, hire staff, assess training needs, supervise a diverse team, and support client recovery to wellness.

You will guide Case Managers, Peer Recovery Specialists, and Therapists, ensuring effective service delivery and coordination with Addiction Recovery Services leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, social work, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience providing clinical services to diverse populations, including crisis/risk assessment and substance use.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by agency.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision to assigned staff to enhance their skills and leadership.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: hiring, scheduling, scheduling coverage, customer service, clinical documentation, and workflow design.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws.
• Evaluate staff productivity and documentation of service delivery.
• Assist clients with concrete services, coordination, and referrals.
• Provide educational and supportive group presentations focused on mental health and addictions.
