Job summary

Center For Family Services is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the STAR/Reconnections program. This part-time position (20 hours/week) is based in Cape May and Salem counties, NJ, offering $40 per hour.

The role requires a Master's degree with an applicable clinical license and 3-4 years of management experience, with 5-6 years preferred. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with the DMHAS STAR Grant Manager.
• Oversee Rutgers SUPRT and Red Cap tools.
• Demonstrate progress toward program goals.
• Supervise program staff.
• Coordinate and monitor program services.
• Collaborate with systems partners to ensure care coordination.
• Lead staff in culturally competent service delivery and sustainment efforts.
• Ensure Case Manager and Recovery Specialist fidelity to the model.
• Ensure QI compliance within the EHR system.
• Maintain 24/7 program availability with a minimum caseload of 40 individuals.
• Assist with development of non-clinical case management and recovery plans.
• Coordinate training of peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor.
• Schedule volunteers and interns, including on-call duties.

Job Type/Status: Part Time (Temporary, 20 hour per week)

Salary: $40 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with the DMHAS STAR Grant Manager
• Oversee Rutgers SUPRT and Red Cap tools
• Demonstrate progress toward program goals
• Supervision of program staff
• Coordination and monitoring of program services
• Collaboration with systems partners to ensure coordination of care
• Lead staff in delivering services in a culturally competent and linguistic manner; and improving the scope and capacity of the delivery system in order to ensure program sustainability.
• Ensure Case Manager and Recovery Specialist maintain fidelity to model
• Ensure QI compliance within the EHR System
• Ensure program is available 24/7 with a minimum caseload of 40 individuals at all times
• Assist with the development of comprehensive non-clinical Case Management plans and recovery plans
• Coordination of training of the peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor
• Coordination of duties and scheduling of volunteers and interns, including on call schedules

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree and Any Master's Level Clinical License (LPC, LCADC, LCSW) Related to the field
• 3-4 years of management experience required, 5-6 years preferred
• Current driver's license with a great driving record of at least three years
