Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution is hiring a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move freight in a freezer/temperature-controlled warehouse and support efficient distribution.

The role requires standing, lifting 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs, plus operating a stand-up reach truck; shifts are Mon–Fri, 4AM start, with full-time hours. Benefits and growth opportunities accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slots on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or manually
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to work orders
• Rotate stock and remove outdated items per policy
• Maintain safe work area and follow GMP guidelines
• Capture product data and location in systems
