Job summary

Performance Food Group in Aurora, CO is hiring a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to maintain efficient flow of products through the distribution process. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment, loading and unloading, and staging goods in designated slots.

The role requires standing and lifting up to 90 pounds, overtime, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shifts, and health benefits starting Day 1. The company offers competitive pay, 401(k) matching, education assistance, PTO, and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work scheduled times and required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Enter product data and location into the system; transport freight to freezer as needed.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock; rotate stock as required.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots; remove waste and maintain area.
• Inspect pallets for damage; move pallets using pallet jack or forklift.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area; complete end-of-shift paperwork.
