Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Forklift Operator to move freight and stock items safely within our facility. You will operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, load and unload goods, and help maintain accurate inventory across temperature-controlled zones.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to GMP standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to lift 10–35 pounds and work in multi‑temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to move freight and stock items.
• Locate proper storage slots and record product data in the system.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock according to orders and policy.
• Follow safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure equipment before leaving site.
