Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, for its warehouse operations in a multi-temperature environment. The role involves moving freight with a forklift or pallet jack, stocking and replenishing pick slots, and ensuring safe, accurate handling of products throughout shifts.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6+ months of warehouse experience, with the ability to lift up to 60–90 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly, up to 60–90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move freight to storage slots and staging areas.
• Replenish pick slots and ensure accurate location data is updated.
• Follow safety, GMP, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks as needed.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure equipment.
