Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to efficiently move goods within our Orlando warehouse. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, stock inventory, and support safe, accurate distribution operations in a multi-temperature environment.

The role requires 6–12 months of stand-up reach forklift experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work scheduled hours with overtime.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months Stand-Up Reach forklift experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Must be able to work the scheduled times and required overtime.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, etc.
• Transport incoming freight from receiving to inventory and stock slots.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock items as per next day work orders.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and quality standards are met in all tasks.
• Perform general housekeeping and complete required paperwork at shift end.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
