Job summary

7 Brew Coffee in Amarillo is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a busy stand, drive growth, and ensure profitable operations while preserving the brand’s culture and values. You will coach your crew, handle admin duties, and oversee daily stand operations alongside the Regional Manager.

You’ll create weekly schedules, manage inventory and costs, ensure health compliance, and develop new leaders. Expect a demanding but rewarding role with team-building and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
• Ability to coach and develop 40+ team members.
• Strong scheduling, inventory and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and profitable operations while upholding 7 Brew’s culture and values.
• Coach, train, and oversee shifts; manage admin duties and daily stand operations.
• Develop weekly schedules, monitor labor costs, and ensure quick service and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, small wares, and equipment; minimize waste and optimize COGS.
