Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for our Granbury stand in Texas. You will lead the crew, drive profitable operation, and safeguard 7 Brew’s culture, mission, and values while building strong connections with teammates and customers.

You’ll coach and train staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory and cash handling, ensure health compliance, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to coach and train a large team.
• Experience managing schedules and labor costs.
• Strong inventory and cash-handling skills.
• Health and safety compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth.
• Create weekly shift schedules with low labor costs and fast service.
• Track and order inventory and equipment to control COGS.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change accuracy.
• Facilitate team bonding and development through meetings and events.
• Own solutions by solving problems or engaging partners/vendors.
• Ensure crew meets health requirements.
• Develop new leaders for future roles.
• Implement directives from upper management.
• Delegate tasks to leadership for efficiency.
