Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking an experienced Manager to lead a location, drive growth, and ensure profitable operation while preserving the brand's culture and values. You will supervise the crew, coach staff, and handle administrative duties, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will manage shift schedules, training, and daily operations, maintain customer experience, and coordinate with upper management to implement directives across the stand.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced cafe or retail setting preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and profitable operation while upholding culture and values.
• Coach, train, and supervise crew; oversee daily operations.
• Create weekly shift schedules and manage labor costs.
• Track inventory and ordering; minimize waste and COGS.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and accuracy at stand.
• Provide feedback and develop leaders for future roles.
• Communicate directives from upper management and implement.
