Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Coach, observe, train, and perform administrative duties outside scheduled shifts.

• Must be reachable by phone or in person to address stand needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skills.
• Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules to balance labor costs and wait times.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Handle cash deposits and change for the stand.
