Job summary

High Plains Brew LLC is seeking a Stand Manager to lead a busy stand, drive location growth, ensure profitable operations, and uphold the 7 Brew culture and values across the team. You will oversee shifts, coach staff, and coordinate with the District Manager.

You will train, schedule, manage inventory and cash handling, enforce health requirements, and develop leaders for future roles. Expect flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights, weekends, and holidays, with a base salary of

Responsibilities

• Oversee location growth and profitable operation.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Create weekly shift schedules to control labor costs.
