7 Brew Coffee in Miami seeks a Stand Manager to lead stand operations, drive profitable growth, and uphold our culture, mission, and values. You will coach, train, and oversee daily administrative tasks while maintaining strong guest experiences across locations.

The role requires coaching teams, managing schedules, and ensuring health compliance, with flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Growth opportunities exist within the district.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in hospitality leadership or equivalent supervisory role.
• Experience in training, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stand staff and coach across shifts.
• Maintain KPI targets: staffing, labor cost, guest experience, and throughput.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs and service speed.
• Ensure equipment reliability with Facilities team and timely service tickets.
• Develop future leaders (ACE Trainers, Shift Leads, Manager in Training).
• Provide clear direction and feedback to team to maintain culture and standards.
