Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a Manager to lead their stand, drive location growth, ensure profitable operation, and uphold 7 Brew's culture, mission, and values. The Manager leads the crew and maintains genuine connections with team members and the unique nuances of business at their stand(s).

In addition to scheduled shifts, the Manager coaches, trains, performs admin duties, and oversees operations, reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop staff.
• Experience with shift scheduling and labor cost control.
• Capable of overseeing inventory, cash handling, and health compliance.
• Comfortable working mornings/evenings and weekends.
• Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through coaching and encouragement.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs with service speed.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits are accurate.
• Foster team bonding through regular meetings and events for the Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Delegate tasks to leadership and Brewistas to facilitate efficiency and development.
• Communicate directives from upper management and ensure implementation.
• Develop new leaders within the crew.
• Address operational, procedural, or cultural issues with team members.
• Adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Lead diverse personalities under pressure.
• Show leadership in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
