Motley 7 Brew Llc seeks a Manager to lead a busy stand, driving growth and profitability while maintaining 7 Brew’s culture and values. You will coach, train, and oversee shifts, schedule staff, and manage inventory and cash handling.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to develop leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure health and safety compliance, deliver excellent customer interactions, and communicate directives from upper management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead location growth and profitability while upholding 7 Brew culture and values.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to team members.
• Create weekly stand schedule and manage labor costs.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and cash handling processes.
• Ensure health requirements and safety standards are followed.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide leadership development.
• Delegate tasks and direct multiple personalities under pressure.
