7 Brew Coffee is opening a Gulf Breeze stand and seeking a Stand Manager to lead a fast-paced team. The role focuses on growth, profitability, and upholding the brand culture while coaching staff and handling administrative duties.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring health and safety standards. The base pay is $55,000 with monthly bonuses based on store performance, and the position requires flexibility for early mornings and late nights.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Excellent ability to manage staff and customer interactions.
• Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth, operation profitability, and uphold 7 Brew culture.
• Coach, train, and oversee operations and admin duties.
• Create weekly shift schedules with cost-conscious staffing.
• Manage inventory, small wares, and equipment; reduce waste.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change accuracy.
• Facilitate team meetings and development for leads and Brewistas.
• Solve problems and coordinate with partners as needed.
• Ensure health requirements are met and leadership succession is developed.
