Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training and coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules while controlling labor costs.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change accuracy.
• Develop new leaders and delegate tasks to leadership.
• Oversee health and safety compliance.
