Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule with early mornings, late shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for a fast-paced stand environment.
• Comfort with quickly learning and executing stand procedures and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skills.
• Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training and coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing coverage and labor costs.
• Monitor and maintain inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure proper cash handling, deposits, and change for the stand.
• Lead team development through regular meetings and events for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Develop new leaders and implement directives from upper management.
