The role requires coaching, scheduling, inventory oversight, and ensuring health and safety compliance, with a flexible schedule including early mornings and evenings. Base salary is $55,000 with performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and oversee operations across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and oversee stand operations and admin duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training and encouragement.
• Create weekly shift schedules to balance labor costs and service levels.
• Track and order inventory and equipment while controlling costs.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change are accurate.
• Lead team meetings and development for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Delegate tasks to leadership team to ensure efficiency.
