Job summary

High Plains Brew in Bellevue, NE seeks a Stand Manager to lead a 40+ person team, drive growth, operate efficiently, and preserve the brand culture. You will coach, train, schedule, and oversee daily stand operations, reporting to the District Manager.

You will manage inventory, cash handling, and staff development while ensuring top customer service and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Leads and develops a 40+ person team in a fast‑paced cafe environment.
Ensures health, safety, cleanliness, and quality in all stand operations.
Proficient in coaching, training, and scheduling staff across shifts.

Responsibilities

Proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skills.
Maintain excellent wait times and customer interactions through coaching and encouragement.
Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and growth areas.
Create weekly stand schedules minimizing labor costs while keeping wait times short.
Track and order inventory, small wares, parts, and equipment with waste control.
Ensure proper cash handling, deposits and float for the stand.
Lead team meetings and development for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
Develop new leaders and communicate directives from upper management.
Coach and assist crew to meet health and safety requirements.
