Job summary

High Plains Brew, LLC is seeking a Stand Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Illinois stand(s). The role drives growth, maintains culture, and ensures top-tier customer service. You will coach staff, schedule shifts, and oversee inventory and cash handling.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, efficient operations, enforcing health standards, and developing future leaders. This is a full-time on-site position with a strong emphasis on teamwork and performance-driven bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach and develop a team while maintaining performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Brewista and Shift Lead duties as required.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Create weekly shift schedules and manage labor costs.
• Manage inventory and equipment, reduce waste, ensure accuracy.
• Handle cash, deposits, and petty cash as needed.
• Foster team development through meetings and events.
• Own problem solving and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure crew meets health requirements.
• Develop new leaders for future roles.
• Implement directives from upper management promptly.
• Delegate tasks to leadership and Brewistas effectively.
