Job summary

High Plains Brew in Moline, IL is hiring a Stand Manager to lead the stand, drive growth, and uphold our culture and values. Location: Moline, IL 61265. Base salary $55,000 with potential monthly bonuses, with total compensation up to $65,000.

You will coach and train the crew, schedule shifts, manage inventory and cash handling, ensure health compliance, and develop future leaders as you keep wait times low and service quality high.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced team environment.
• Coaching, training, and staff development experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Create efficient shift schedules and manage labor costs.
• Health and safety compliance awareness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (beginner).

Responsibilities

• Lead stand crew, coach, train, and handle admin duties.
• Maintain fast service times, cleanliness, and positive customer interactions.
• Provide feedback to team on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules with low labor costs and quick service.
• Track inventory and small wares, manage costs and waste.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change for stand.
• Facilitate team meetings and develop leaders for future roles.
• Implement directives from upper management.
• Ensure health requirements are met by crew.
• Develop new leaders and delegate tasks effectively.
