Job summary

7 Brew seeks a Stand Manager at our Omaha location to lead daily operations, drive growth, and uphold the brand culture. You will coach a diverse team, manage shifts, handle admin duties, and report to the District Manager.

Responsibilities include ensuring fast service, proper cash handling, inventory control, and ongoing staff development. This full-time role requires flexible hours, weekends, and occasional holidays to support stand success.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with customers.
• Experience coaching and training a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in scheduling and labor cost control.
• Ability to track and manage inventory and supplies.
• Experience handling cash, deposits, and change accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and profitable operation while upholding brand culture.
• Coach, train, and oversee operations and admin duties for stand(s).
• Create weekly shifts with focus on low labor cost and fast service.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment to reduce waste and cost.
• Ensure health requirements are met and develop leaders for future roles.
• Communicate directives from upper management and delegate tasks effectively.
