Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Strong focus on customer experience and coaching with a willingness to train staff.
• Ability to create efficient schedules while managing labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training and coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and areas of growth.
• Create weekly shift schedules with attention to labor costs and fast service.
• Track and order inventory, small wares, parts, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change accuracy.
• Facilitate team meetings and development for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Delegate tasks to leadership to improve efficiency and development.
• Ensure crew knowledge of health requirements and safety practices.
• Develop new leaders for future needs and respond to upper management directives.
